Izhartajweed is the first rule of the rulings of the nun sakinah and tanween, and the meem sakinah rulings as well. In addition izhar in tajweed is known linguistically: it is the statement and the clarity It is also known idiomatically: It is the output of each letter of the Izhar from its outlet without ghunna in the letter to be shown.

Moreover, al izhar tajweed is named by this name because it is a demonstration of the appearance of the sakinah nun and tanween at the meeting of the letters, and halqi because the six letters preceded come out of the throat.

Izhar tajweed rules are defined linguistically as the statement and clarification, and idiomatically it is to extract each letter from its way without ghunna in the apparent letter, i.e. separating the first letter from the second letter without silence on it.

In general, al izhar tajweed is one of the distinctive phenomena in the Arabic language, which linguists have paid great attention to and still pay attention to.Where they put more links and rules, which differed among them and in their teaching and interpretation.

In the past, many tribes tended to Izhar and others to idgham, but the Izhar remained present to the idgham tajweed, because it is the origin of the letters and does not need a reason.

And the reality of the Izhar is that the reciter utters the noun sakinah or tanween on a unit, then he pronounces the vowel letter al-Idhizhar without stopping on the nun or tanween, so he does not remain silent on the nun, nor does he cut it off from the letter Izhar.

And the sound of the ghunna is very weak, as we mentioned, but it completely disappears the ghunna in the origin of the sound of the noun, then we pronounce the letter after noon from its articulator without affectation, silence, or separation between them.

2- Second: Examples of Izhar shafawi in the Holy Quran: as Izhar halqi is one of the rulings of the meem sakinah, and it means Izhar the meem sakinah when it meets the letters of the Izhar halqi- which are except for the letters of ikhfaa and idgham shafawi- as follows:

But why does Izhar exists? al Izhar tajweed is the rule of pronouncing the letters of Izhar clearly when it comes after Noon Sakinah or tanween, it is how the letter is actually pronounced. Unlike the Idgham which needs conditions to be used.

There are three types of izhar in tajweed. Learning Tajweed rules is essential to read the holy Quran correctly without any mistakes. One of the most important rules is Izhar, and here are its different types:

There are three different pronunciations of this type of Izhar depending on which part of the throat is used when pronouncing the letter. Basically, they are divided into the upper throat, lower throat, and middle throat.

In order to learn Quran with tajweed you have to encounter the Meem Sakinah and apply its three different tajweed rules for pronunciation: Idgham with Ghunnah, Oral Ikhfaa also known as Ikhfaa Shafawi إخفاء شفوي and Oral Izhar, also known as Izhar shafawi إظهار شفوي.

The small Idgham is only concerned with the letter Meem م. A small Idgham with Ghunnah takes effect when a non-vowelled Meem م (a Meem with a Sukoon) at the end of a word is followed by a vowelled Meem that has Tashkil on it. The resulting sound is an extension of the Meem sound for two beats and the sound of the Ghunnah coming out of the nose.

The Oral Ikhfaa takes effect when the non-vowelled Meem م at the end of a word is followed by a Baa ب at the beginning of the following word. As shown in the applied definition in the below image, the application of this will be a fading out of the Meem sound into the sound of the letter Baa.

The Oral Izhar takes effect when the non-vowelled Meem م at the end of a word is followed by any letter excluding the Baa ب and another Meem. There are 28 letters in the Arabic alphabet, if you exclude the Meem م and the Baa ب, you get 26 letters to which this tajweed rule applies. When Oral Izhar is applied the sound of the Meem is articulated clearly without Idgham or Ikhfaa.

Izhar Letters Demystified, the first rule of the meem sakinah rulings, as well as the nun sakinah and tanween decisions, is known as izhar tajweed. Additionally, the linguistic definition of izhar in Tajweed is the clarity of the sentence. Another colloquial name for it is that its outlet shows every letter sent by Izhar without any ghunna.

You must understand several Izhar requirements. Among them are Tanween (Nunation) and Noon Sakinah (static Noon), which both include one of the Izhar letters in the word that comes after it or in the word before it. Consequently, in this configuration, both the Noon or Tanween letter and the Izhar letter are audible.

This kind is exclusive to the consonant form of the letter meem. Except for the letters meem and baa when they combine with the meem sakinah, all letters that exist in the Arabic language and follow after the meem sakinah must be presented.

The letters hamza, haa, ain, ghin, haa, and khaa are among those of this kind. When these letters follow a Noon Sakinah or Tanween, their pronunciation needs to be made very evident. Because their pronunciation depends on the throat, they are known as Izhar Halqi.

The idiomatic definition of Izhar Letters Demystified and Tajweed rules is to detach each letter from its path without Ghunna in the apparent letter, that is, to keep the first letter silent while separating it from the second.
