I played DE and I used to hit the guy in the helmet with my hand, he should move a little bit, he might try to hold you from getting there, if he grabs your jersey, try falling on him, ref might see it. Penalty
Last but not least, drive the bus! Grab the to pieces on the shoulder pads that cover the upper part of your chest, grab the sides of those bitches and he is yours. Push like all hell, hes yours if you got the steering wheel.
I suggest NOT sharpening the metal clips on your chin strap, some team did that to us in high school and one of our guys (like the previous poster) had to leave the game with a huge 4" gash in his arm. That shit is just dirty and messed up and is NOT football. Good way to get your ass kicked. Btw, we beat the shit out of them that game.
By the start of the 1959 season, the Iowa State Football Team was down to 30 members from its original 55. Although the team was lacking in number, they more than made up for it in perseverance and "hard-nosed" play. Led by Coach Clay Stapleton, the team had given Iowa State its best season in twenty years, with a record of 7-3. They tied with Oklahoma for the best record in the Big Eight Conference; they also tied for third place in the Big Eight in conference play. The team had a good chance that year at going to the Orange Bowl, but a 12-35 defeat from Oklahoma in the last game ended that possibility.
They earned the name, "Dirty Thirty," after handily winning the first game of the season against Drake University. When the game ended, the team walked into the locker room covered in mud and the team's trainer, Warren Ariail, proclaimed, "Well, here comes the dirty thirty."
Jim Harbaugh, the blameless overseer of the most honorable college football program known to man, was at the ready to fight his three-game suspension, armed with his deep reservoir of courtroom savvy gained from countless hours watching Judge Judy.
It would not have taken a Michigan law degree to connect the dots between Partridge and his good buddy Connor Stalions, the sign-stealing guru extraordinaire whose illegal spying activities started this whole mess. Pictures of the two of them together were as easy to find on the Internet as those Michigan vs. Everybody" shirts that should now be shipped directly to the Comedy Hall of Fame.
But it's also relatively early in the investigation, and it appears Michigan has shaken free of its bias toward innocence and outrage. If we were placing bets, it seems far more likely that the evidence trail does not end here.

When fishing clear and deep water, the use of very realistic and detailed soft plastics has become the norm. Dirty Jigs now provides the same option in a jig with their Tour Level Finesse Football Jig. Premium powder coat finishes provide added realism and the skirts come full length, giving you the option to use the full skirt or trim the front to achieve a slim spider-cut profile. Also featuring a 60-degree flat line-eye Gamakatsu 4/0 Jig Hook, the Dirty Jigs Tour Level Finesse Football Jig is a proven performer available at a great price.
Comments: If my catches are any indication, this is the best football jig I've ever used. It might be the best jig I've used period. This is an all-year bait for me. Most crawdad or creature plastics make good trailers for it. In the summer I like to use a Yamamoto Cowboy for a lot more presence. I caught a 9 pounder on it last year, and caught a 30+ lb limit that day. Just the other day I caught a 7 fishing it the exact same way with a Netbait Paca Chunk Sr. This is another awesome trailer for this jig. It can be used anytime since when it moves slow it doesn't kick. It flaps like crazy on fast hops, and the fish can't stand it. If you need to size down, you could use a regular Paca chunk or a Yamamoto DT grub 5 inch. There's a whole range of great colors, so you can find something that will work for you. For me, molting craw 5/8 oz is the one I'm using 95% of the time. I trim the skirts to match up to trailers as needed. What really sets this jig apart for me is the hook and weedguard combination. This lighter wire hook is easy to set, and the weed guard moves out of the way pretty easily while still doing its job. You can use light line (I fish it on 12 lb) and don't need a super long rod to move line on a hook set. An issue with bigger jig hooks is that there is tendency to tear gashes that make it easy for fish to shake the hook. I almost never have this problem with the lighter wire hook on this jig. If you do really reef on big fish you hook and have your drag locked, you might bend one out. I did once, and tweaking my drag made it never happen again. For this jig, the whole package is working exactly as intended. A no brainer for anyone who loves fishing jigs.
Comments: If your not throwing this jig, you are missing out big time!!! This is my go to when im fishing hard bottoms. I mainly fish rivers with some go current flow. Depending on depth and current i will use 3/8 and 1/2. Shoal bass here in Georgia love these. Pair them with a strike king rage tail menance twin tail grub and hop that thing around rocks, might as well be a crawfish waiting to get smashed.
Comments: I've been throwing these for awhile and they have produced some great bass! Just today I went to a local lake and threw the 1/2 oz in Super Matt Brown with a Yamomoto Double Tail Grub to match. In less than two hours I had 3 fish over 5 pounds and several more between 2 and 4 pounds. AWESOME, AWESOME JIGS! Hands down the best I've ever used!
Comments: This jig looked the best of any of the other football heads on the marked so i decided to give the blackened blue and ganzilla colors a try. on the first day, i caught a 11 lb, 12 lb, and an 8 lber and missed another 10 lber. Add over 20 fish from 1 to 5 lbs that first day and ive been hooked since. very durable, and try strike king elaztec chunk trailers for great action. i use blue sapphire, see what works with the color jig you choose.

Comments: Listen closely and thank me later by checking out my YouTube a 3/8 oz albama craw crazy with bama craw strike king rage tail !!! Swim it nice and slow straight retrieve just smoked a 8 pounder like that and a ton of 3s to go along with it in Central Park nyc !! And it's very pressured hardest fight of my life the Footbal Head displaces a lot of water unlike a swim jig and with these colors in dirty water they can't tell if it's a bluegill or crayfish gotta swim it though don't let it sit on bottom
Comments: These jigs made me a believer. Caught my first jig fish on the okeechobee 420. She was a little over 4lbs and been slaying ever since! The best colors for me have been okeechobee 420, Dirty chartreuse, and Black and Blue. Haven't tried the Super Matt Brown yet because they never have them in stock. One negative about the jigs is that the paint on the jig head starts to chip off pretty bad after about 2 or 3 solid fish.
Comments: Caught a PB on the Okeechobee 420 paired w/ a Zoom Super Hog in Green Pumpkin Blue. Works great pitching into grass mats which is where I landed that fish over the weekend. Have several dirty jigs including 4-5 of these and 3 of the finesse jigs. They all look great and the durability has been great as well. I trimmed the skirts on mine to show off the trailer a bit more.
Comments: I fish jigs 75% of the time whether it's swimming, hopping, dragging, etc., Dirty Jigs are the best jigs out there. Do yourself a favor and pick up a couple. You won't be disappointed.
