Yesterday there was a short hearing and no objection of Income tax department on sale of certain properties (provided the amount is deposited with TMC with attachment) was recorded. Decision regarding SFIO was postponed to next hearing scheduled on May 9th 2.15 PM. An advocate (different than the one who appeared last time) appeared from EOW side but there appears to be no major arguements.

As usual due to large numbers of persons in the court room, there was no space in the court room to stand and discussion were not clearly audible for people standing in the back side. Please verify above facts from the official copy of the court order / or your other contacts who were present in the court room..

As the court is expected to be be closed due to vacations from June 2nd to 30th June, we can expect similiar trend of hearings on short interval. It is very important for us to attend all hearings and continiously push all the 3 objectives that we have in mind (SFIO Inquiry, Appointment of Provisional Liquidator, Cancellation of Bail Application). Application in mass should be filed to support our above objective and we should be personally present in the court room. A little laxity at this point of time may prove to very costly because, if after the vacations roster of High Court gets changed, the matter may get shifted to some other court and the momenum may gets lost.

We should make sure that we conclusively achieve our all 3 objective before vacations. Please feel free to ask for any administrative support that you may require in filing applications / attending court hearings.
