Dear Friends,

There is a brilliant news for all Triveni sufferers.

On Sunday 24th July 2012, various Triveni refund group representatives
and TFAA Group team had a meeting and we are happy to announce that
teams of both sides (Refund Seekers And TFAA friends) have agreed to
fight under one umbrella and show the power of UNITY.

Although our end goals might be slighlty different but the path to
those end goals is still the same and if we are united, then only
person to lose is the builder and their agents. There has been massive
efforts from some people to ensure that we do not unite because a
united and bigger forum has much more impact, visibility and
precision. Moment we UNITE we will have double the energy and more
hands at ground.

Just to let you know we are in sync with these friends from TFAA side
for quite sometime and we have mapped our strategies at many occasions
and results were quite significant. We have crucial documents with
eadh other so that other one can also fine tune its strategy. So we
think that if this occassional collaboration can give so much of
results then what stops us coming together openly. So finally with
100% consensus we decided to come under one umbrella and now instead
of running dozens of smaller groups we all should be ONE.

And let there be a clear message to builder that with each passing day
the unity amongst customers will increase and this will create ripples
everywhere. And the first flavor of this unity will be visible on 27th
July 2012. TFAA is arranging High Court passes for its members and if
you need help in getting a pass then please fill in your correct

them to plan and arrange appropriate number of passes.

Therefore next steps for each one of Triveni sufferer in any other
forum is to join Triveni Faridabad Allottees Association (TFAA) and
show the unity. The TFAA website is www.tfaa.in and to join TFAA you
need to create a new user on TFAA website. Once you do this you will
be added to their google group immediately. Once you do this you will
receive further joining formalities from the admin
(cca...@gmail.com). Please ensure that you enter correct details
because these will be verified and any person entering wrong details
knowingly will barred for future. Also, give your correct mobile
number on the website so that you can start getting SMS updates
immediately.

We have spoken to TFAA team and they will fast track the joining
formalities of all the new members.

Note: We will not be sending any mails or messages on individual
forums (including this forum) after this message and if you are not
active at all in past or fail to create new user on www.tfaa.in then
you will just be missed and not be informed of anything what is
happening around you. Most of you are very well aware of what our
forums have been doing but just to give you a glimpse of what TFAA is
doing in past 2 years and more specifically in last 6 months, just see

- Filed Petition for Data
- Filed Contempt of Court
- Supported SFIO whole heartedly
- TFAA has been impleaded in case as well
- Collected the Triveni bank accounts in which their members ever
submitted the money. This has been handed over to SFIO to track the
final usage.
- Met SFIO official mutliple times and submitted massive set of
documents related to Triveni
- 28 type of RTI templates prepared, more than 800 RTIs filed by its
members, collected huge goldmine of documents due to this
- 100s of EOW complaints filed
- Complaint sent to Home Ministry, Urban Affairs, Delhi CM, Governor,
PMO, Haryana CM, Credia, Naredco, DTCP etc etc
- Developed advanced website (www.tfaa.in)
- Protested at jantar mantar
- Massive presence in each crucial court hearing
- SMS service for all members
- Because of their contact the Assotech (from noida) brought a advt in
newspapers that they have nothing to do with TIDCO and its scheme.
TFAA Immediate Future things:
- File Scheme Rejection petition (after thorough analysis of balance
sheet, RTI responses, ROC related data, Scheme Analysis etc)
- Hiring dedicated legal team to take on the builder full time
- Massive set of complaint to senior most govt depts for decisive
action (cannot be disclosed right now, drafts in preparation)
- Hiring team of telecallers to ensure that all are informed of key activities.

So mantra is quite simple, TOGETHER we stand, TOGETHER we fall,
TOGETHER we win, and winners take ALL”
