Status of Triveni Refunds

Hi Friends,


Does anyone know the status of our refunds or the case status for Triveni in Delhi HC or Supreme court?

It has been quite some time and till now the investors are hanging with no news

Can someone please tell what we can do to get our money back from the builder?

Dear Praveen,
Chances are very for the refund as builder has lots of financial responsibility agaist former & govt. we re unsecured customer after liquidating his all property paying all due to farmer & govt if anything left than we people get it something.
Lets hope for the best.

Is any update on the liquilisation process. I think its almost 2 year when we submit paper.

Also is any update of the cases going in suprem court.

was unable to tell any thing about the latest status of refund & simply suggested to approach

High court Liquidator office , which I feel for an individual it is difficult to approach .

Perhaps an Advocate , who is in touch with the Liquidator can Guide / or Misguide us on this

subject . For the past six years consumer court is giving just  fresh date nothing else.

Are they having any updates on where the case is --which court is it in and any hopes?
