Hi Jayshree/group,

a friend of mine just received a letter from the Delhi High Court (dated 20 May 2026) regarding a refund. Has anyone else received a similar letter?

I just now came to know that there is also a hearing on the 8th of September 2 Pm for the Bail Application and the writ petition.   I have been receiving calls to enquire about refunds, all of us know that the committe has been setup and only few of us have received letters.   Last hearing Justice Manmohanji was very disappointed with the way the TIDCO is not submitting documents. Categorily the Lawyer was advised to submit last 5 years P&L and balance sheet of all subsidiary companies also otherwise the Bail will be cancelled. Infact Justice Manmohan said he was surprised that the manner in which the TIDCO is casual about the filing of affidavits he wondered how TIDCO would have treated the investors. He also said there are people who had taken loan from PF to buy these flats.     Now upon searching the site I came to know of the new hearing date. Last hearing only 5-6 people were there including construction module.    Recently upon my enquiring  I came to knw that 14 crores of fund is coming from the Ghaziabad property to TIDCO. This money will be utilised for running the company, salary , construction cost, promotion, and to secured and unsecured creditors. out of which only 4 crores will be disbursed to refund seekers.We all know about the property of  7 Sikandra Road the money and none of us got a single paise oout of it. I hope if we stay to gether and raise our voices atleast this time we might get our hard earned money.   Upon my recent visit to TIDCO and met the committee directors.We also enquired about the proceedures of taking allotment since the refund is delayed. As per Brig.Anand those who are interested will get allotment at a price of 1750 P/sqft and treated as a fresh case.   We have been allotted flats no construction was made |TIDCO invested all our money in land banks, and in FDs gained huge profit and no refund  no construction was made . Now it is being offered at a very high price. This is for your information so that you can understand the intention of the company.   I have consulted a lawyer and filing my papers since mine is Signature phase II projectwhich never had land, licnece, and case of clear cheating.     All are requested to please come in large number to the next hearing and before that do consult your individual lawyers and act accordingly.   Regards Jayashree

BTW the person who got refund order is at what serial of the list maintained by OL?

I dont have much information around this. moreover, there is another hearing on 10the july 2026. on the website, i have gone through few of the previous hearing notes from judges. what i could understand is that court is aggressively working for refund to buyers and court also has issued the court of contempt to some govt officers who are delaying the  refund process. I tried to search the Official Liquidator list on the site but i could not succeed.

Hi,

Is this letter of refund received on personal proceeding or as a Triveni group.  This is good news and congratulations to those receiving it.

Can we get some details as to how this refund was approved and do we need to file any docs / affidavit for our refund? 

Please provide some updates.

As I said, I also don't have much info and I left the Delhi in 2010 hence not having any contacts with those who were earlier associated with this case. As per dehli high court web site, next hearing on 10th July. If someone attends,  hearing , then we can get clear picture.
