Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that myself and my brother invested in the year 2006 with one of the Infrastructure company (Triveni) in the Project Name: Signature, Sector - 89, Faridabad Launched by M/s. Triveni Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd, Registered Office at 7th Floor, EROS CORPORATE TOWER, NEHRU PLACE, NEW DELHI-110019.
We invested Rs. 13.5 lakhs (Myself Rs. 3.5 Lacs +my family members 4.5 Lacs + Rs. 5.5 Lacs) as an initial and First installment to the said builder in promise to provide us One, two and three bed room flat at the above mentioned project.
The receipt of the payment issued by Triveni Infrastructures is enclosed and details is furnished below for your kind reference:
1. Receipt issued by Triveni Infrastructure against the payment received by Kranti Singh Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only)
2. Receipt issued by Triveni Infrastructure against the payment received by Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra for Rs. 4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Only)
a. Receipt Number: 1414000811 on dated: 22/12/2006 amounting to Rs. 3,50,000 payment against “Advance Registration”
b. Provisional Receipt: issued on dated: 12/02/2007 amounting to Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) against “Installment-1”
3. Receipt issued by Triveni Infrastructure against the payment received by Late Mr. Ratnesh Kumar Mishra for Rs. 5,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Only)
a. Reciept Number: 1414000573 on dated: 31/07/2006 amounting to Rs. 3,50,000 payment against “Advance Registration”
b. Cheque vide number: 164220 of ICICI Bank issued by Late Sh. Ratnesh Kumar Mishra: issued on dated: 09/02/2007 amounting to Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) against “Installment-1”
The builder promised to complete the project well in time and even till mid of year 2007, the consent of the builder was very good, however after mid 2007, the builder got his reputation built up in market very bad and all the investors of the said builder started withdrawing their investment from all the schemes launched by this builder in the country.
We also approached the builder, however his assurances made us trust him, now it is more than 8 years, where this builder has not communicated with us that what are they up to or never updated us with the development of the project.
We have called the corporate office and even approached the builder 6 years back to refund our money with the interest, however he refused to do so, finally we approached Consumer court and many of the investor has filed case against the said builder in the Court.
The Delhi High Court has ruled out the Builder and went with the investor that the builder is wrong and also appointed a “Special Liquidator” to see the matter and do the recovery from the said builder.
Once the recovery is made from the builder, immediately investors should get the compensation with interest, this happened 2 year back and since then “Special Liquidator” is very quiet and nothing is on the development mode, we are still struggling to get the justice.
The builder has influenced and has used our money to influence many good people and because of the same we doubt the decision is still pending.
I urge your kind attention to the same and humbly request you to intervene in the said matter and instruct the Special Liquidator to update you and all the investor with the development, also do the justice at a short period of time, as we people have no income and my younger brother is no more, he left this world in Dec 2013, since then we are in big problem.
With lots of hope, I sincerely plead for your kind support and action to help us come out of this situation.
