We strongly recommend riders who considering extender batteries to buy the rack together, as that would be much easier to carry the batteries. But if riders have their own ways to carry batteries (such as bags), it would be okay to purchase the battery seperately.

This data is based on actual testing. The addition of extra batteries leads to an increase in the overall vehicle weight, which in turn increases the load on the battery pack. Such increased consumption by the battery pack is a common influencing factor in the performance parameters of electric vehicles.

You can start the entire bike through the Fiido Mate or app effortlessly and monitor real-time sports data such as heart rate and blood oxygen during your ride. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights and experiences with cycling enthusiasts worldwide.

You may not notice that when the app is not using, it can be easily killed by the iOS or Android background processes and forced to deep sleep, making it unable to be activated to use in real-time. Using the app for the proximity start can easily result in bugs. Therefore, for user-friendly considerations, we have not implemented this feature for the app. However, this will not prevent you from exploring the more exciting and interesting features through the app.

I'm blown away by the power and sturdyness of this bike I had a battery locking problem which fiido resolved immediately but apart from that riding this titan has been so much fun so far, I take it out daily and the battery is hard to run down :D

Devo dire di essere molto felice dell'acquisto e anche della vostra organizzazione, secondo me studiate una nuova titan 2 con alcune migliorie ( freni) e magari un 1000 watt , e noi tutti la compreremo magari con un prezzo vantaggioso per i possessori di titan. Fabio Vangot

I personally had an issue with a single component on the bike and after a couple emails back and forth to diagnose the problem Fiido have sent me out a replacement piece. The customer service rep I got to speak to, Zed, was a pleasure to speak with and replied extremely quick to every email. Zed gave me step by step instruction to try and fix the issue and when we realised it needed replaced Zed agreed to send me out the replacement. This is the type of customer service most companies wish to have. 10/10.

My only issue is the mobile app. It doesn't quite seem finished and I haven't been able to connect my Fiido mate due to it crashing every time I try. This however does not affect how the bike rides at all. I would also like a way to be able to update the bike through ios as I had to borrow a phone to update it through android.

Wir haben lange nach einem bezahlbaren leistungsstarken E-Bike gesucht. Es soll mal unseren Hundeanhnger mit unserem 55 Kilo Hund ziehen. Bei Fiido haben wir es gefunden und dann sogar gleich mit zwei zustzlichen Akkus. Das E-Bike ist nach ein paar Tagen sehr gut verpackt geliefert worden. Der Aufbau ging reibungslos. Die Akkus und zustzlich bestellte Teile dauern leider etwas, da sie aus Hongkong kommen, aber sie kommen. Vielleicht knnte man auch ein paar Ersatzteile im Lager in Deutschland vorrtig lagern, damit der Versand eines Ersatzteiles nicht so lang dauert. E-Mails werden vom Support Team schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

Die erste Probefahrt war schon super und wir sind auch schon lngere Strecken gefahren. Wir sind damit sehr zufrieden und es ist mit den breiten Helfen ein richtiger Hingucker. Nachdem wir das erste Bike getestet haben, musste dann noch ein Zweites bestellt werden. Der Gashebel kann mit der App ausgeschaltet werden.
