I am looking for a left sidecase for a my bike.   Color does not matter, nor does keying.

Last weekend, the latch holding it onto the bike failed someplace between Arlington MA and Ashburham MA.  Depsite the alphbetic nearness, the towns are a far way apart and I took lots of winding roads zig-zagging my way enjoying a near perfect September day.  Obviously I will buy a new latch assembly if I can find a decent left case.  May paint both of them gloss black so make them look the same.

Also looking for a cockpit subframe.  I bent mine and have it mostly back in shape, but it is not quite right.  Hate to spend $400 for a new one and find out that you have to bend them to fit.

Why am I bothering to fix an old, rough looking Triumph?  Engine, engine, engine.  It runs strong and has decent mileage, about 43-44 in normal somewhat spirited riding. It is also quiet, despite a dent in one of the silencersl   Another consideration is that MA has a yearly excise tax and mine has reduced to $5, much less than yearly license and inspection fees.  It is also the challenge to keep it on the road as long as safely possible.  In the interim, I am going to put on a set of fabric saddlebags on it, Amazon $58.
