Happy Spring,

Please join us on Saturday May 11th for our "Emotion" in the title Showcase.

Doors open at 6:00

There will be plenty of food, performances and general dancing.

Please let me know; if you haven't already, if you plan on performing.  

Beginner adult Ballet will be starting on Wednesday May 1st at 7:00.

Ballet has several advantages, including

• Better posture
• Boosts confidence
• Improves flexibility
• Burns calories
• Relieves stress
• Physical coordination, grace and posture
• Mental strength and focus
