Hello:

As I mentioned at our business meeting, thanks to all who participated in our session during the Medieval Congress. It was good to hear the fine papers and also to participate in the lively discussions. The result embodies the reason for the annual meeting, and I look forward to submitting to the Congress administration our proposals for next year's sessions, so that we can continue our ongoing exploration of the topic. Please encourage your colleagues to join us -- it's easy to keep informed of our activities through the listserv. (Thanks for Adam Oberlin for his assistance with it.)

Thanks, again!

Best,

Jim

Dear Jim,

We are also grateful for your paper, participation, and all the efforts at organizing the sessions.  Many thanks,

Dear members of the society,

As promised, I will contact you more frequently over the course of the year via the listserv about website and digital issues related to the society, various digitalization projects, and perhaps even Tristania as Albrecht continues to guide the journal into new territories.

For the moment a preliminary outline accompanies this email, for which I would greatly appreciate feedback. We have the opportunity to create something not only useful for us and other scholars, but to set an example of what an active learned society's website can be.

Best,
----
