TSF Members:

It has come that time of the year when it's time to start thinking about season ticket renewal for 2009 season.  The RailHawks have approached us and asked what we would like to do from a ticket package perspective for next year.  I would like to get the feedback both from current members as well as prospective members as to what would be a compelling discount or special offer that you could get through the supporters club that would (a) make you want to join the supporters club and (b) buy season tickets or at least a coupon book good for multiple matches.

As a quick reminder, this past season, here is what members got:
  • Season Tickets in the 204 Depot - $155 includes all USL-1, W-League, and PDL matches (33 games in total, limit 5 season tickets per membership, must be purchased by March 31, 2008)
  • Individual Match Tickets in the 204 Depot - $8 per ticket (limit 5 tickets per match per membership, must present membership card in advance of matchday at Cary's WakeMed Soccer Park Box Office to receive discount )

The RailHawks have already announced a really sweet All-Inclusive package for the men's team for next year that includes tickets to all matches the men play, whether regular season, pre-season, post-season, or exhibition and includes a VIP parking pass for every two season tickets purchased by November 1st...all for $140...$15 cheaper than what we had last season through the club.

Last year, only a handful of you opted to buy season tickets.  Most of you just use your discount to get matchday tickets at the $8 price.  What could TSF and the RailHawks do to put together a season ticket package that is attractive enough to convince you to buy season tickets rather than wait for matchday pricing.

Lori and I will be joining TSF during the close season and the
new Railhawks all-inclusive package looks great. The only thing I
could ask for would be a further discount.

Maybe we should ask for a pick-up game between the Railhawks and
the TSF...

Bart apparently you didn't see the indoor team play :-).
We would need some of the regulars on the team.
