OK as Aneesh and Arvind guessed it, this is a macro photo of a gramophone record of the movie 'Love Story'. The wavy lines are the grooves on the record. The bars at the bottom show the scale, with difference between two bars being 1mm, the whole image being 5mm x 5mm. The photo was taken using a 'reverse lens macro' technique.

...its discernible only from the fact that when you roll over your
mouse on the image it shows the image title as - Love Story. :D
