I've enabled the feature in settings, but I don't understand "tap to
focus".
Where exactly do I "tap to focus"? Right now, when I tap the screen
the camera takes a picture...(which is, after all, what it's supposed
to do). So how does "tap to focus" come into play?

To enable 'tap to focus' on iPhone 3Gs with Tripod Camera, 'Full
Screen Shutter' feature must be disabled.
Please turn off 'Full Screen Shutter' option on setting. There is
'setting' icon on the top of Tripod Camera application.
