Any day is a good day for visiting Funtown Splashtown USA, but since the park is entirely outdoors, the weather can sometimes play a factor. For the Funtown USA Ride Park, May, June, early July and late August are less busy than mid-July through mid-August. For the Splashtown USA Water Park, the warmer the day, the busier the park is. The park is located in a major tourism region, so if you live in the local area, you can get the best experience with the shortest lines by visiting the park during the non-peak periods.
Loose articles including cameras, GoPros, cell phones, and other devices of similar nature are not permitted on any ride or water slide at any time. All loose articles should be kept in a locker or with a non-riding guest before you enter the queue line. Some rides have cubbies or bins; most do not.
Funtown Splashtown USA is not responsible for retrieving items that may have fallen during a ride. Should you lose anything, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETRIEVE IT YOURSELF! Instead, notify the Team Member that is operating the ride, and they will direct you to Guest Services to report your lost item. If the item is located, you will be notified.

You can bring your own stroller, wheelchair, or mobility scooter into the park. For the safety of all guests, two-wheel scooters, mopeds, Segways, hoverboards, and skateboards are not allowed inside the park.
Hats are not permitted on any ride or water slide at any time. Head gear and scarves must be tucked in or secured and have no loose ends. Prescription eyeglasses, prescription sunglasses, and prescription goggles must have a strap on them to wear on the rides and water slides. Wearing any type of prescription eyewear on a ride or water slide is done at your own risk! All loose articles should be kept in a locker or with a non-riding guest before you enter the queue line. Some rides have cubbies or bins; most do not.
When in Funtown USA, you must wear some type of footwear that covers the bottoms of your feet. You must also wear a shirt that covers your back on all rides, except for the Adult Bumper Boats and the Thunder Falls Log Flume.
