trip 1.1.0 beta 1 release announcement

The first beta release (1.1.0.beta1) of TIRP 1.1 was released on 15th June 2010.
This UNSTABLE version is available for Linux 64-bit only.

The new features are :
- new representations for polynomials (see keyword : _mode)
- large improvement for the multiplication of sparse polynomials (time execution reduced
by a factor up 6 and linear speedup on multicores)
- Differentiation and integration of polynomials (see keyword : integ, deriv)
- upgrade of the external libraries MPC 0.8.2 and SCSCP 0.6
- conversion of numerical values from NUMRATMP to NUMFPMP
- support comments a la C++ //
- inf and sup returns the lower and upper bound of an array
- extract part of a string with the operator []
- output of msg could be assigned to a string
- user can specify gnuplot and grace path in tripstudio (windows)
- output coloration for errors in tripstudio (windows)


The bug fixes are :
- malformatted OpenMath reference (OMR) in the SCSCP protocol
- malformatted answer for the get_service_description request in the SCSCP protocol
- binary encoding for the content dictionnary scscp2 is supported in the SCSCP protocol
- invalid error message in some cases in the SCSCP protocol
- output problem with complex vectors with numerical mode NUMFPMP
- atan2 works with numerical mode NUMFPMP and NUMRATMP
- evalnum works with numerical mode NUMRATMP
- int works with numerical mode NUMFPMP and NUMRATMP
- plot supports array of strings as the last argument
- maple_get works with vectors and lists.
- can't send command to gnuplot if another window is called "gnuplot"
- On windows 7, the history can't be created
- hangs if vectors are empty with the operator [:]
- can't load external function on recent 64-bit systems.- documentation of scscp_put is fixed
