I've been a jack of all trades solutions provider working with
anything from PHP, .NET c#, and at layers data right up to graphic
design, where my abilities plummet ;)

But, I've never had a CS course and I have always felt somewhat the
gifted hack. I know my code is leaving something to be desired for
OOP reuse and I'm probably missing some of the fundamentals to proper
design, pattern and practice.

Can I get some recommendations from the community here on how I might
supplement my skills. My employer is willing to foot the bill which
is great, but I'd like to get some courses that will really give them
a return on their investment.

I'd appreciate any suggestions and thanks in advance.

Start attending TRINUG meetings. The education is free and covers a wealth of information. There are enough meetings for you to advance your skills quickly and you will get to know some of the top developers anywhere.

My background is similar. I found three complete CS courses free
online at Stanford Engineering Everywhere that were really good
(http://see.stanford.edu/see/courses.aspx).

Programming Methodology CS106A
Programming Abstractions CS106B
Programming Paradigms CS107

I have also learned a lot from attending the TriNUG meetings and Code
Camps.
