Hi all,
So this is the plan for the WE (Kino2 style but adapted by oli to suit more of us)
Saturday We meet at 7am at Meech Lake for a swim. It is early but some have commitments and work on saturday. 1x loop warm up 2x loops at race pace Drill about start and finish open water swim.
Move to Gamelin to start a full loop 42k TT on bike
30min run easy
Sunday Early morning run 10k at race pace, I will be doing it out of Stonebridge.
Then a 3h ride.
The goal is to swim hard, bike hard and run hard back to back but not all together like in the race.
