Meech Swimming Distances

Good Morning;
 
Does anyone have an aerial picture/map with the swim distances/routes for Meech Lake? I have never been to Meech, and I am heading up this Sunday AM (just before 8 AM) with Cam Jones for my first open water swim of the year.
 
Also, anyone interested in joining Cam and I for a swim and a couple of loops on the bike on Sunday are more than welcome.
