Hi there,
Congrats to all for the great race results at the Canadian !!!
Great results for Nathalie (first half), Susan and Judy (first IM).
For those who are interested, I'll lead a group on monday morning.
8h at Meech Lake for a swim and then off for a long ride (at least 3h) from P8 to Old Chelsea-Wakefield and Mont Cascades (lots of hills)
