WE training for 70.3 Muskoka

Hi all,
It seems that it is in the trend to organized training camp for the 70.3 in Muskoka.
This summer I was not really available to organize many activities like last year but I'd like to put something together for this WE (here in Ottawa) and in preparation for the 70.3.
I have some suggestions from my own coach and I can apply them for the group.
Let me know if interested.
