Muskoka this weekend

Just in case any of you are planning to be in Huntsville this weekend,
my wife Kathryn and I are headed there tomorrow with some other
friends that are racing with us (they have signed up to swim with us
at NMSC next year).

deerhurst...
Here is what we are planning:
Saturday:
~ 9:30 am - 1pm Bike full loop of the course
~1pm-1:30pm quick transition run off the bike (we may go longer
depending on timing for Sunday)
after that, relax :)
Sunday:
(probably go out in two pairs as we have our kids with us)
- times TBD: Run most of the course, except for one of the out and
backs and the last 5km on the course; will likely aim for 18km overall
(run might change depending on how far we run on Saturday)
- quick bike, ~ 25km on the course
- Swim 1500.0 m in the lake and then head home!!
