There are instances when you need to use your phone to connect to audio for a GoTo session. That audio option can be selected before and during a session. Meeting organizers and co-organizers have the ability to record GoTo meetings. Meetings being recorded can be paused and resumed if needed. It can be frustrating to have your business calls drop while using the GoTo mobile app if your Wi-Fi signal is lost. Outbound calls in the GoTo mobile app can be made using your cellular network through an option known as PSTN, which stands for Public Switched Telephone Network. When you know that you will not have a reliable Wi-Fi signal, switch to this setting for your business calls.
