no .rev index file from the bowtie2-build for the sample data

run the ./runMe.sh
It didn't produce the two .rev files during the bowtie2-build command.
It only produced the other four index files.
inchworm.K25.L25.fa.min100.rev.1.bt2
inchworm.K25.L25.fa.min100.rev.2.bt2
Can anyone help with this issue?
