We are pleased to announce our upcoming online course “An Introduction to Nanopore Direct RNA Sequencing (RNA004)”, taking place 27–30 October.

This 4-day course offers both theoretical and hands-on training on the analysis of Nanopore direct RNA sequencing data, focusing on the latest RNA004 chemistry. Participants will learn how to process and interpret native RNA reads — from data QC, basecalling, and transcript quantification to polyA-tail measurement and RNA modification detection.

Designed for researchers familiar with RNA-seq concepts and comfortable in a Unix environment, this course provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience with cutting-edge RNA technologies.
