Hello everyone, I get this error when I launch Trinity with paired files and I don't get my trinity.fatsa file. the error seems to refer me to salmon whose error is: Exception: [unrecognized option '--minAssignedFrags']. Exiting.

I don't know how to go about solving the problem.

Hi,

If you're not using a recent version of salmon, then that could be the problem.

Try running with --no_salmon

and it should pick up where it left off.  Should be fine.
