Trinity ID

Hi everyone,

I have assembled some RNA seq reads using trinity and did the DE analysis with Salmon and DESeq2.

Though I have the DE gene list now, I am struggling to separate them into the chromosomes.

I wonder whether there is any order or hint in trinity gene IDs to separate them into chromosomes or to identify the chromosome which gene belongs to.
