Can anyone identify this extruder? - looking for a lever action usable on the A1

I've been wanting to change my A1's extruder to a lever action (press to release tension) like the one in the attached picture.
while the pix shows a direct drive mount I'm going to keep the planetary drive stepper that the A1's used so I'll have to modify the mount.
Going to want to do that anyway since I also want to add a BLTouch sensor/probe for bed leveling.
I'll take anything I can get, Ideally someone has made/adapted one for their A1 already.
Printable would be nice  :-)
