I am printing a new extruder housing, in an attempt to print NinjaFlex.  My current idler has been eroded by hundreds of pounds of PLA, and I would love to print a replacement, but I cannot find the correct STL.  Most of the idlers I have found have a semicircular cutout on one side or the other; my idler lacks this.  It is more-or-less a rectangle as seen from the front.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?  Anyone have the STL that I am searching for?

Thanks!

Jon - I’m pretty sure I have the V2 archive from Chris.   I’m out out town for Christmas, but will have a look first of the year when I’m back at home...

Happy Holidays!!

Yes, or very similar.  The original part had a hole for the filament, rather than a slot, but that difference is not important.

Thanks!
