I finally reassembled my batch 2 A1 (#86).  When I plug in the USB from my laptop to the printer, I do not heard the "bing" that I get when plugging in any other USB device.  When I use Arduino, open the Marlin.pde, select Arduino Mega 2560 board, the "port" option is grayed out and I am un able to select it.  Any help on how to get this printer working would be greatly appreciated.  All of the original Trinitylabs links are no longer valid.  I have installed the latest Arduino program as the 0023 IDE link is not working on their site.

The Aluminatus looks to your computer like an Arduino.  Often one has to install a serial port driver in order to talk to an Arduino.  Open the Device Manager and see if there is an unknown device or a bad device.  If so, you need to find the serial driver for the Arduino.  What operating system are you using?

I'm using windows 7.  I've reinstalled the drivers from Ardunio with no results.  It says that the install was successful but the Arduino doesn't show up in my device manager.

I tried a different cable, even though I use that cable for other devises, and it now works.  But now I get an error in Arduino of:

This report would have more information with

option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Thanks to Jon, I've run the 0022 Arduino and now the printer shows connected.  But, I can not get any of the axis's to move.  I even tried the LCD display - Prepare - Move Axis with no movement.  Any ideas?
