Yes, if you use just --left then it should run with single-end data.

Hi,
I am trying to use the ctat_mutation with single-end samples, but only found this:Home · TrinityCTAT/ctat-mutations Wiki · GitHub, it is for the paired-end samples and long reads. I noticed that the testing folder included the 'reads_single_output', which means it can run with single-end samples, maybe just use  --left?
Thanks!
