I have a question regarding the usage of inferCNV. Have you run inferCNV on two samples, such as LH001_Diagnosis and LH001_Relapse, generating a combined infercnv.png images of two samples into a single figure? Ideally, the Diagnosis results would appear on the top and the Relapse results on the bottom. The following is an example figure.
I'm unsure if inferCNV supports this directly, or if I should extract the results from some of the inferCNV results like .txt files and manually re-plot them together. Any insights you could share on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time!

Thanks,
Tian
