infercnv annotation file cell names vs raw matrix file cell names not matching

Hello,

I am new to running infercnv and I have an annotations file and a raw matrix file from 10x. I keep getting this error message:

I've check my annotations and my matrix and I am sure that the cell names match. I am not sure how to solve this problem.

I have the exactly same problem and don't know how to solve it. Maybe you can tell me how you solved the issue? Or if anyone else know how
