Position:-Content Developer
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To understand the training requirement in depth
2. To design and develop instructional material for Internal GTT training
3. To design content, story board , review story board and the integrated courses with the help of multimedia technology and tools
4. To design and produce learning material within the given timeline
5. To design and develop participant guide & facilitator guide
COMPETENCIES

KNOWLEDGE:
A. Knowledge of ID theories, methods and strategies used
