I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer so far. A friend who is in another small group at trinity wanted to plan a cookout and asked me to invite you all (since she's heard stories and knows how fun you all are!)

Subject: Cookout at the River

Hi friends! 

I hope you are having a great summer so far! 

I wanted to suggest a community group summer festivity:   

Who: You & anyone you want to bring with you

What: Cookout at the river this Saturday night, the 20th.  

Where: At Paces Mill Chattahoochee Park off of Cobb Pkwy. 

When: 6:30 p.m. - till whenever

Deets: There are lots of charcoal grills and picnic tables plus a big grassy area for Frisbee and spike ball (what's spike ball you ask? only the best game ever! :-P you should come and find out).  

I can provide charcoal for grilling, and can bring some grill-out items: hot-dogs, buns, and maybe some salads and fruit, but would need everyone to pitch in and bring other items like salads, chips, more meets, buns/bread, condiments, etc.  Also, I'm not sure if you can bring glass to the river area, so don't byobigb (don't bring your own beer that is in a glass bottle) but do bring any other beverage in a non-glass container. 

If you are around this weekend and can come out Saturday night let me know! And respond to all and let us know what grill-out item you plan to bring so we can have a well balanced spread :-P  

p.s. my friend who is in another Trinity community group is also going to invite her community group so this will be an occasion to expand your Trinity friendships.
