This is straightforward:  Jack Warner has been suspended by FIFA. Warner should now take a leave of absence, i.e. stand down, as Minister. but retain his MP and Chairman of the UNC positions. If Warner cares for T&T then he would realize that his suspension from FIFA while being a Minister will harm T&T.
If Warner is cleared after the investigation, then he can return as FIFA VP and T&T Minister; if not, then the leave of absence will become a resignation and he will not be able to go back to this FIFA position.
If Warner does not take a leave of absence, then Kamla will have no other choice to fire him. The PM will have no other choice - Warner's position of MP will be untenable, and will cause tremendous harm to the country and the PP government.
