Lets see where do I began. I live at the Oak Grove Village Apts which Princeton Manages. The following represents just part of the issues I have:

1. Recently I went out to the Pool to relax. As I was sitting there on a 97 degree day I heard terrible screaming and horrific curing coming from an apartment across the court grounds. I text the maintenance man heard nothing (Sunday after noon no body works no matter what the hell you want) complained to him. He said "Well the guy is crazy what the hell do you expect me to do." "He is disabled and we are limited as to what we can do." I said bullshit.I am a tenant that has payed his rent on time for three years so do something. He says "I am picking tomatoes in my garden I have to go."

2. Three other tenants I complained about turned out to not have the person of which I was complaingi and living here listed in the lease. Two were convicted felons and the third had a child who she was arrested for assisting her felon son and she is still here. 3. Five managers in three years, one on drugs, one a thief, two lying temporary management types filling in, the fifth from Reno and thinks she is Gods gift to the universe. Missing for months with brain surgery and back with diminished capacity. What a company you cannot imagine houw bad they are it is unexplainable.

4.The maintenance man of the Oak Grove Village (one of the best I have ever seen or dealt with) they tried to fire because he saved the Apartment from a fire started by one of the disabled tenants while the fire department (two block away) took twenty minutes to get here. The owner of this crack business told the maintenance man he was going to fire him and had all the paper filled out but the owner stopped it.
