Position Summary:
The BAs will document the Health Connector’s current state business processes (including dependencies, pain points, and risks) in the following areas: Contact Center, Document Processing Verification, EDI, Enrollment Services, Notices and Outbound Mail, and Premium Billing. The BAs will also document current state reporting: type of report, data points collected in the report, usage. In addition, the BAs will assist various members across the organization in collecting, organizing, and writing business requirements for each of the aforementioned business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and format process flows for current and future state business processes.
- Develop and maintain functional and non-functional requirements and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation including process flows and business requirements.
- Drive action items and process flows to resolution within timeline allocated.
Qualifications:
· Experience using project and analysis tools, e.g., Visio, Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
· 3-6 years of project experience, including business/functional analysis
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
· Knowledge and interest in technology, public sector and health insurance markets; specifically, strong working knowledge of PPACA and state based health insurance marketplace technology and operations
· Ability to play a variety of roles, including the ability to lead teams, play a support role, or work independently
· Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Comfort and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, shifting, and fast paced work environment
· Exceptional analytical skills, ability to learn quickly
· Strong understanding of project lifecycle and SDLC
