Position: Release manager

Location: NJ or RI

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description:

 

Project: 

·         This Role is sitting with the Digital org. 

·         The candidate will be working to release code and updates on various applications and programs within the portfolio. 

·         The projects will touch either Retail (the stores - cvs.com, mobile ap, coupons, promos etc) or the PBM side (pharmacy benefit Management

 

   Must have

·         5+ years of technology work in either Release Management or Project/Program Management capacity (if in the latter make sure he/she have done release management)

·         Drives Site Stability and new code deployments through the development  of robust processes around the product feature releases including : team coordination, internal and external, war room setup, escalation of fissue and feedback to product, design and engineering.

·         Must have proven leadership abilities in coordinating technology application delivery and support in a global, multi-site environment, including providing robust challenge to IT teams/Managers where required.

·         Provides Dailey, Weekly, and Monthly Audit report around digital health ad performance

·         Display imitative and resourcefulness in achieving goals but also comfortable brainstorming and sharing ideas

·         Strong professional skills, including delegation, negotiation, prioritization, and ability to multi-task

·         Experience working and communicating with people all across the organizational levels.  Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment

·         Ability to foster motivation within project teams to meet tight deadlines

·         Dependable, self- motivated and able to take approach action with minimal direction

·         BA preferred
