Skills:
· Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, Oracle 11g/12c, LINUX
· AWS S3, EC2, EBS, Redshift, RDS, VPC, IAM etc
· Revitas Data / Managed Markets Domain Data / knowledge in Commercial division of Pharma Industry Desired and / or preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues
· Knowledge of current issues, practices, methodologies, and trends in the Modern Cloud Architectures
Duties:
· Perform design and development across variety of modern and traditional technology solutions/tasks to meet business needs cross functionally
· Extensive experience back-end databases [Oracle (required), SQL Server (good to have)] and ETL Technologies [Informatica Power Center (required), Informatica Cloud (Very Good to have)]
· Experience with AWS Technologies such as S3, EC2, Redshift, VPC etc is required
· Must be able to perform Data Analysis, Profiling, Document the results, Design Documents, Mapping specs, Other Interface documents as needed
· Must be able to build Architectural visuals using Microsoft Visio or other similar tools
· Preferred to possess a very good Understanding of Front end reporting tools such as Tableau and other Analytics platforms.
· Work with various Technical Leads and Business customers to build, document and test solutions along with comprehensive project plans with well-defined tasks and owners; working with front-end user reporting (e.g.: MSTR, Business Object, Cognos),
· Leverage information from requirements-gathering phase and utilize past experience to design a flexible and scalable solutions
· Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g.: agile, waterfall/SDLC) and best practices (e.g.: mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion
· Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions.
· Must have deep ETL Architectural knowledge who should be able to articulate to Business users on the whole frame work
· Candidate must be able to build a highly tuned Mappings as well as Views in Oracle
· Candidate must have deep understanding of Oracle features such as but not limited to Indexes, External Tables, Partitioning, Sub-Partitioning, Calendar formats, Metrics and summary building Aggregated tables and so on.
· Works on code migration, testing defect resolution, and initial data loads and ongoing data loads.
· Build all Systems Testing, Integration Testing and UAT Testing Plans and Test Cases
· Must be a self-learner and a Team Player
· Demonstrate Excellence in all the work they perform
· Must be able to work under tight timelines in complex environments and perform with high quality with both Onshore and Offshore Team/Consultants
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
