Subject: Triathlon Expo 2024 - helpful information
Hello,
We're thrilled that you (or your group) will be joining us at the Triathlon Expo on February 25! Below is important information about the event to help the day go smoothly and I’ve attached an event flyer that you can share with your network to promote the expo. You can also reshare any of our social media posts and invite. All are welcome and we hope to have a large, diverse crowd!
Please arrive around 12:30pm to set up your table
You can unload at the circle in front of McCabe Community Center (handicapped parking spaces are located next to the circle; all other parking spaces are located in the larger parking lot)
This year, we are grouping organizations and businesses thematically (e.g., we will have a “coaches corner,” a section of PTs, a bike shop section, etc.). Each organization will still have their own 8-foot table and two chairs. Please let us know if you will need additional space or have a specific spot request.
The expo will open to the public at 1pm and conclude at 3:30pm. During the expo, there will be speakers (in a side room) at 1:30-1:45pm, 2:00-2:15pm, and 2:30-2:45pm.
