Our January 15 meetup is at Neomonde (see website link below for details). I should be there no later than 6:30 p.m. If anyone arrives before me, try and get the seats to the left as you walk in the front door.

A few of us having been going through Project Euler over the past months. We tentatively decided to start working through Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs (SICP) for the new year, so I'm planning on starting that on Thursday. Feel free to work on whatever is of interest to you and chat about all things functional :)

I've settled on Racket and OCaml for my personal research & development, and I'm trying to get a better idea of which tasks are best suited to either of them. SICP seems to lend itself to lispy languages, but David Joyner made good progress with Haskell, so I think any functional language could work.

Thanks,
Brian
