DHHS – Business Analyst 5 (Technical BA)

 

Required Skills and Overview:

 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
 Knowledge of Middleware solutions, ACE, Data Power, Salesforce Solutions, APIs, SQL, ETL
 Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to analyst programmers/project team
 Extensive awareness of API based architecture, REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On
 Understanding of API message format, JSON, XML
 Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools such as Azure DevOps
 Established technical knowledge in software development life cycle and agile development methodologies and SCRUM process.
 Provide expertise on web technologies and experience in building solutions using Java technologies
 Promotes a standardized set of best practices, processes and documentation used in technology projects
 Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
