Functional BA

Overview
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Familiar with business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, able to map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the target system. Risk identification, financial analysis such as ROI. Ability to write clear business requirements using SMART metrics, prepare and document Functional and Technical specifications for the upcoming Reconciliation project and others in the pipeline. Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.

Skills Required
-5+ years of experience in designing technical and business requirement document
-Experience as a liaison between business and technical groups
-Extensive experience using Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality
-Good elicitation skills, analytical skills, and ability to understand the bigger picture
-Good understanding and knowledge in IBM middleware products
-Good understanding and knowledge in Salesforce and its applications
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong presentation skills
-Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports
-Experience in Agile methodology
-Experience in training junior BA is a plus
-Experience working in the Healthcare industry, preferably in relation to IT project management
