Programmer Analyst 6 – Triage Analyst/Business Continuity

Prod support analyst activities broadly include:
• Provides senior level production support of Tier II applications, databases and/or systems
• Provide technical support for several applications in the SDLC and troubleshoots issues
• Ability to diagnose problems, define and co-ordinate the implementation of solutions individually
• Ability to write, modify, and execute SQL queries for Oracle and SQL Server
• Interfacing with Application Developers to communicate issues and suggest remediation
• Excellent oral and written communications skills along with strong documentation skills
• Resolve Incident Management issues from triage through to resolution
• Managing the running of daily batch processing and scheduled production activities
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Middleware solutions

Required skills:
 Experience with query languages such as Oracle PL/SQL
 Experience developing/optimization of query language scripts
 Experience with common data fix procedure
 Experience/understanding of agile process and its roles
