Happy New Year all and thanks again for joining the flow and PowerTools development. Our next big milestone is actually releasing by 2012 Q2. It's up to us collectively whether that's a strict deadline or not. Next steps (please add to the list or correct any invalid assumptions):

1) Complete Page Publisher (thanks for working on this even while on the slopes)
2) Complete Component Synchronizer (we've had @Jaime@Angel, and @Hao looking/working on parts, but new "recruit" @VenkataGargesh has some Core Service experience with loading components via tcm id from another project, not that he HAS to help :-) )
3) Test. Test. Recruit testers. And did I say test?
4) Log and close issues for all of the above at http://code.google.com/p/tridion-2011-power-tools/issues/list.
5) Optionally make a nice installer tool OR leave it as is to give early adopters the impression the tools are indeed Powerful.

Branches, mini-releases, new tools, new recruits, and marketing up to you. Actually "make a tool" is a requirement for MVPs/CBs (internal SDL MVPs) owed to Nuno (even if we all do the same tool).

This message comes from me as one of the guys asking lots of questions and breaking stuff. Let me know how I can help, but the plan details are really up to you (each of us). See
http://www.createandbreak.net/2011/12/powertools-gotchas.html for more thoughts on that. I'm off to try to break John's code now.
