Everyone, there is a transition clinic next Tuesday at Gorham Bike in Portland. Below is the email text I received if you're interested. I'm going to attend and will bring back what I can to share at our first transition practice which will be after the Sebago tri course preview on 6/5.

TRI-Maine, All Sports Events and Gorham Bike and Ski have teamed up to offer a free TA Clinic on Tuesday May 31st at Gorham Bike in Portland at 6PM.
It will be a fun timed event, that will teach you how to save time on this critical part of triathlons! You need to pre-register and space is limited to just 20 people. There are 10 spots left!

If you want to come and cheer on the TA participants please do, we will be holding the clinic in the parking lot in back of the store.
Hope to see you there. We will have on-site sign-ups for the Sebago Lake Triathlons as well! Bring a friend who hasn't registered yet, and receive a free water bottle when they register!
