Hi Everyone,
With the Mainiac Tri only two months away I'll be hosting a weekend training on Saturday, July 16 at 7am in Biddeford Pool. I have attached two links below, the first is the course map with turn by turn directions and the second is a map for parking. Please park on 7th street near the corner of Bay street where we will meet up. I'll be there early in a silver Honda CRV with a roof rack.
Please contact me if anyone has any questions.
Also, I have registered for a 5k in Ocean Park on Friday, July 29th start time 7pm if anyone is interested in joining me.
