Wednesday, August 17 Training

Hi Everyone,

Erika and I will be doing a practice training at Biddeford Pool on the Mainiac Tri course on Wednesday, August 17 at 4:30pm.  With the Mainiac only four weeks away this would be a great opportunity to train on the course before the September 11 Tri.  There will possibly be one or two other training dates schedule and I will post once confirmed.  

As mentioned before you can park on 7th street, and we will meet at the corner of 7th and Bay then head down to the beach (see link below).  Please let me know if you're interested!
