July Fourth Weekend Training Meet up’s

 

Thursday, July 2^nd

 Mainiac Tri Course - Biddeford Pool Beach (Rte 208 Beach Ave. Biddeford, ME)

Meet up at Biddeford Pool Beach

 Parking: BP Beach (Gilbert Place) and I believe there is a fee/permit parking or you may opt to skip the fee and park just beyond the

beach along the road (it is a little bit of a walk but not too far)

Meet up time 10:00am (High Tide @ noon)

Open water swim, ocean – wear a wetsuit

We may opt to bike &/or run after

 

Friday, July 3^rd

 The Tri for a Cure Course - SMCC, South Portland

 Meet up at the parking lot near the Mckimmon center on the SMCC campus, no fee

Meet up time 11:00am (High tide is @ 12:47pm)

Open water swim – wear at wetsuit

We may opt to bike/ run the Tri for a Cure Course (we will stop and wait for the group to stay together as needed)

 

Saturday, July 4^th

 Crystal lake, Gray Maine

Route 26 from Gray, 3 miles to Dry Mills, left on N Raymond Road for ¼ mi. and the beach is on your right.

Parking lot – no fee

Meet up time 8am

Open water swim – no wetsuit required but I will probably wear one any way

We may opt to bike &/ or run after

Susan, thanks, this sounds great!  I will probably join you on Thursday and Friday, just need to confirm my schedule.   I can't make it on Saturday though -- we have a neighborhood parade that morning. :)
